hey guys. LOL i was saying that in the morning holding back my voice and and like plugging my nose. i sounded nerdy and retarted. HAHAH i was watching bring it on: fight to the finish last night. and it was haillaryous! hahah there chola accents. today i went to brea mall. got a vneck from h&m thass it yall. OH hahah i wanted to do a MLK related photoshoot where i was in back of da bus. cus you know rosa park? segregation. racism. well that was a fail cus i reckon i didnt go on a bus. never have :o sorry camille ventura. lawl

hmm. you know on friday how i said i was to finish all my homework and do my research paper from sat-mon. well heheh i didnt do nothing. FML HARD. research paper. i hate you. ima do hw like NOW....sigh* OKAY IMA DO MY HW ALL EARLY NOW SO I CAN LIKE SLEEP. shitzz.

i wanted to shoot another photo with the blinds again, but margiel was like just take a pic of someshang like ur kitchen. at first i was on top of the stove. (OH YEA COOK ME!!) but then i went to the refrigerator and so yea.... so this is my refrigerator. you see that its double sided. one side is freezer and the other is non freezer -__-. you can keep like the food you want frozen in the freezer like ice cream and stuff and in the fridge OH its called the fridge HAHH lolz you put sodas, meats, fruits. yah! i flipped the photo btw. i set up my tripod, went into the fridge aka my home JK HAHAH and yea stuck out my arm and shaaaboom this pic ;D i should of not worn my hoodie. i shoulda left my arm NAKED cus its would be more interesting i guess? cus you guys want to see my naked arm. ROFLMAO's

If you like Apple Butter & love pumpkin you will LOVE this!Easy, yet so yummy!Made with apple juice,fresh pumpkin, spices & splenda! Taste like it took all day to make but it only takes 30 minutes on your stove top :))

I still have a ton more pumpkin to use.So i will make a much larger batch for Autumn gift's for friend's & teacher's.I will be trying the larger batch in my crock pot to make it a little easier & i can do it while i am work!

To those who may questioned the safety of canning pumpkin butter, you should NOT can it. Instead, it should be frozen to prevent bacterial contamination.Bring your pumpkin butter to room temp & then freeze in a plastic jelly jar's (work's great)Thaw in the fridge.Just like with freezer jam!Dont forget to leave a jar in the fridge becuase you will want to have some for your family :))

:RECIPE:

1 (29 ounce) can canned pumpkin puree or 4 cup's fresh purred pumpkin)
3/4 cup apple juice
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 Cup Splenda(white)
2 Tbls Splenda brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Combine pumpkin, apple juice, spices, and sugar in a large saucepan; stir well. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes or until thickened. Stir frequently. Transfer to sterile containers and chill in the refrigerator until serving.

::Note::
I used fresh pumpkin that i pureed,I simmered the pumpkin untill most of the extra liquid was gone.Then i fallowed this amazing recipe!
